Ed Kless believes that entrepreneurs continue the work of creation and that the purpose of business is human flourishing.

Ed is a senior fellow at the VeraSage Institute, a think tank dedicated to eliminating the billable hour and the timesheet in all professional organizations. He frequently contributes to industry publications and has spoken at many conferences worldwide.

Ed is also the co-host (with Ron Baker) of The Soul of Enterprise.
