I am 28-months old today

Hello! It has been a fun-filled month as usual around the Kless house. I started this month with a special trip just with Daddy! We went to NY to visit our family up there. It was so fun to see everyone. We stayed with Aunt Eileen, Uncle George and cousin Jessica. I liked playing with Jessica a lot! Although I was not too keen on sharing my toys. We even had a St. Patrick’s Day party when we were there. Mommy stayed home for four whole days without us. I have no idea what she did.

The next weekend was Easter. I went on an Easter egg hunt at my church. I liked looking for the eggs. The next morning, the Easter bunny came to my house! I think my parents were hoping that I forgot about the bunny. But, as soon as I woke up Easter morning, I asked if the bunny came? Fortunately, Daddy was able to call down to Mommy to get it checked out. After a brief delay, I was assured the bunny had arrived! I hunted for my basket of goodies and was not disappointed. That bunny, it’s just like he knows me! Next it was off to church and to Grandma and Grandpap’s house to look for another basket. Of course there were all sorts of goodies there too! We went to a big brunch with cousins Abbie and Emily (and their parents), Aunt Beth, Grandma and Grandpap. The Easter bunny was there! I got to say hello and thank him for my goodies.
Later that week, I went with Mommy to take Grandma and Grandpap to the airport. They were going to fly in a big plane all the way to China. They went with Uncle Mike and Aunt Melinda for 10 days. I really missed them, but happy to report that they are home safely.

Mommy and Daddy took me to a special “Day Out with Thomas”! I love Thomas the Train. AND – we got to have a ride on Thomas too. There were all sorts of fun things to do there. I got a Thomas tattoo on my hand, heard a story and of course, there was the gift shop. We had to buy the commemorative Thomas Day Out railway car. All in all, it was a great day. A few days later, Mommy and I went with my friend Chase and his Mommy and little brother to an aviation museum. It was really cool. I could walk near many of the airplanes. The airplanes here are used in sky shows. Really fun.

This past weekend, we continued on our journey of seeing baseball games. It was really fun because I got to see the Mets! They were the visitors. We flew to Atlanta (Daddy had a conference there) and saw the Braves v. Mets. I really liked the game, despite the dreary weather, and that the Mets lost. I sang “Take me out to the ballgame” with the crowd. Another really cool thing was that the Mets were staying at the same hotel we were!! We saw many of the players up close. The next day we were to visit the Georgia Aquarium – it is the largest in the world! It was amazing. I saw sharks, whales, otters, octopuses, sea lions and a whole host of other sea animals. Mommy and me flew home later that day.

Other than the aforementioned, I still continue many of my weekly activities. Grandma started me in art class once a week. We work with different mediums. This week was clay! I also love story time at the library and pre-school. In a couple weeks I will be moving up to Level 6 in Gymboree! Mommy is a little unhappy as the class starts at 9:15 am, which is a little early for us to have to be anywhere! Mommy also signed me up for baseball. I start on Friday. Well, that’s all for now! I hope you have a great month and I look forward to talking to you soon.

Love, Sean
