Today, I am 3!

Can you believe it? A whole three years have flown by. Mommy and Daddy keep asking “Where did the time go??” I bet many of you are asking yourself the same question. I had a great third birthday party at the Frontiers in Flight Museum at Love Field. It was the perfect venue since you know how much I love airplanes. Another reason why it was so special was that my Meema and Papa came all the way from New York to celebrate with me (and to meet my baby sister, Cara). We had a great visit with my Meema and Papa. In addition to my birthday party, they were able to attend our annual family Christmas party that my cousin Abbie and her cousin Christopher host. Santa Claus even makes an appearance at the party!

Speaking of Santa, I have seen the big guy several times. The first time, I wasn’t so sure, but I have gotten to be pretty comfortable around him. So, here is what I tell Santa I want for Christmas: a diesel engine, a tooth brush and tooth paste. Seriously! I have a feeling I will be receiving quite a few tooth brushes for Christmas!

We did a lot of fun things while my Meema and Papa were here. I mentioned the Christmas party, which was great! Daddy brings his keyboard and we have a sing-a-long. We also went to a Christmas festival and took a train ride on the North Pole Express. I do love trains!

The month started out with a really neat surprise. Mommy, Cara and I were driving by the Kroger and what did we see in the parking lot? The Oscar Meyer wienermobile! Well, since Mommy always carries the camera, we whipped in for a photo op! I love the hot dog mobile (even though I don’t eat hot dogs) and fondly remember the mobile whenever we go by Kroger, which is several times a day. I also went to college this month. I helped my Aunt Beth with a project for one of her last classes – she will graduate this weekend! I liked college and the professor really liked me!

I have been a good big brother helping out with Cara. I have helped to give her a bath and I really like pushing her in the stroller. We celebrated Grandma’s birthday this month too. Mommy bought the funniest candles for her cake. No matter how hard she blew them out, they kept relighting! It was hilarious. I have been helping Mommy out too lately – mainly with making food. I helped make Grandma’s birthday cake and the desserts for Thanksgiving. I enjoy the desserts! (I really like sampling the desserts!)

Well, it has been a great three years. I can’t believe how much I have grown and all the great experiences I have had.

I hope you all have a great Christmas and Happy New Year!

Love, Sean
